House Cleaning Checklist:

• Sweep, hose and squeegee basement floors.  Clean basement windows.  Wipe off water heater and furnace.
• Clean windows in/out.  Clean screens and insert them.  Vacuum and dust all window sills.
• Clean and polish all bathrooms including tub, shower, vanity, stool, mirror and floor.
• Wash all floors on hands and knees.  Remove all glue and paint from floors.
• Vacuum all carpets.  We edge all carpets.  We spot clean carpets as best we can with water or spot remover.  We do not shampoo carpets.
• Clean all cupboards.   We remove all drawers, vacuum and dust each drawer.  Vacuum and dust all cupboards and polish all glass inserts.
• Remove all labels from kitchen appliances and remove all packing, tape etc. used in appliances for protection in shipping.
• Clean all light fixtures and switch plates.
• We use either Liquid Gold or Endust on all woodwork, doors etc. 
• We remove all drywall (if needed). 
• We do not take paint off.
• Remove all trash and vacuum warm and cold air registers.
• Clean and polish all thresholds.
• Clean and polish all counter tops.
• Vacuum, clean and polish glass of all fireplaces.
• Report any problem areas we see as we clean to the construction foreman.
• Provide Certificate of Insurance.
